Fraud towards the law is a famous theory in conflict of laws and principle of private international law in Iraqi legislation, it prevents applying of foreign law. My research subject is effect of fraud towards the law on element of choice of law, it be classified into two chapters; the first treats definition conflict of laws and fraud towards the law, the second treats theories, which be said on this subject: validity of element of conflict of laws rule, invalidity of effect only and extinguishing between legal and object act, finally conclusion contains important results and suggestions.
