The contradiction between the approach of taking the least of what was said and being precautionary

The study discussed two approaches in deriving Islamic rules; those are considering less of what had been talking about and reservation approach. The purpose of this study is eliminating the contradiction between those two approaches by clarifying the filed of each approach and investigating the opinion of Ibn Hazm Al-zahri in considering one of them. The study concluded that the first approach is the applied field in shari practical issues related to the rights of people while, the second in its applied field is about the rights of the Al-mighty God.
