قوّة دلالة الخاص على الاحكام عند الحنفية وتطبيقاته الفقهية

The strength of the special indication of rulings according to the Hanafi school and its jurisprudential applications

This research discusses one of the issues of Usul (foundations of Islamic Jurisprudence, namely the strength of the indication of specific terms on legal rulings, by specific the term that is assigned for one single meaning which is known for individuals, this has been done according to the Hanafi school of law, and by following both descriptive and analytical methods, the researcher reached the conclusion that specific term is definite in its indication, finally the research presented some jurisprudential applications in which are based on this view.
