This research paper addresses some issues under the rubric of jurisprudence calamities in relation to Muslim minorities in non-Muslim countries. Such addressing bears paramount importance to building bridges of cooperation between the governments and peoples of those countries and the said minorities, on one hand, and with the Islamic world and the Arab world, on the other. This paper tackles as well to what extent Muslims in such countries need to know the applicable juristic rules to their lives, taking into account the specific location characteristics of their countries. As for objectives, this paper aims at enhancing the lives of Muslim minorities; boosting the bonds of brotherhood, cooperation, integration and solidarity among all the Muslim, whether as majorities or minorities; and achieving the Qur’anic one-nation concept as Allah says, “And surely this nation of yours is one nation, and I am your Lord; so have piety towards Me“. I started the present research paper with a discussion of the concept of Muslim minorities, followed by another concept: jurisprudence of calamities for Muslim minorities. Afterwards, this paper unveils the reasons behind the emergence of such minorities. Then I dealt talk about some calamity fiqh for Muslim minorities in worship, through the statement of the ruling on the rule of non-payment of zakat to Muslim’s north minorities, and whether shares whose hearts still persists or copy ?, then explain the ruling to give alms to the associations and Islamic canters
