This study deals with the realization of the saying in the issues of the Qur’an in Surat Al-Fatihah, and its impact on the issues of the sciences of the Qur’an. All of this is the impact of the disagreement regarding the issues of Surat Al-Fatihah on the general issues in the topics of the sciences of the Qur’an, in terms of it being a guide, an example, a weighted one, or the like. and followed the two approaches; Inductive and analytical. Among the most important results of the study: arriving at accurate results in the investigations of Surat Al-Fatihah, such as saying that the names of Surat Al-Fatihah are what is my endowment and what is my ijtihad, and that their arrangement is one of the distinguished and conciliator of the companions’ diligence, and responding to the similarities directed to Surat Al-Fatih, such as saying that some readings are not Quranic . The dispute over the issues of Surat Al-Fatihah has a great impact on the general sciences of the Qur’an.
