The impact of the use of modern technologies on the re-engineering of work procedures for Zakat devices

The prevailing picture of the work procedures of the Zakat authorities is still not commensurate with the size of the scientific and technological progress that we are witnessing, which undoubtedly had a tangible impact on the reality of institutional performance, whether at the administrative, executive and procedural levels. This study aims to show the impact of the use of zakat devices of modern technologies on the radical change and the qualitative leap that they will bring in the work procedures and methods used. The study concluded that the Zakat devices should use modern technologies and various technological means effectively; Because of this has an impact on the development of administrative work in the zakat institutions, and improving job performance in order to raise the quality of service provided to clients of those who are entrusted with zakat and those who are entitled to it, and on changing the mechanisms of collection and distribution of zakat resources.
