بررسي و اولويت بندي علل عدم رغبت فرهنگيان استان ما زندران به فعاليت هاي ورزشي با تأكيد بر سوق دهنده ها و موانع بازدارنده

هدف: بهره گیری از فناوری پیشرفته و رشد روز افزون زندگی ماشینی، سبب كاهش فعالیت های ورزشی شده است. با در نظرگرفتن فواید این فعالیت ها، باید سعی در گسترش ورزش در اقشار جامعه كرد. به همین دلیل این تحقیق قصد داشت علل عدم رغبت به فعالیت های ورزشی در بین فرهنگیان استان مازندران را با تاكید بر متغیر های علل سوق دهنده هاو موانع بازدارنده، شناسایی و اولویت بندی كند. روش شناسی: روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضراز نوع توصیفی است كه به صورت میدانی انجام گرفته است. جامعه ی آماری تحقیق، فرهنگیان زن و مرد استان مازندران به تعداد 41783 نفربودند كه تعداد 750 نفرحجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات ،پرسشنامه ی محقق ساخته بود كه پس از تعیین اعتبار محتوایی و روایی در سه منطقه ی غربی،مركزی و شرقی به صورت خوشه ای - طبقه ای توزیع شد.یافته های حاصل از تحقیق با استفاده از آزمون اسپیرمن ، پیرسون و آزمون رتبه ای فریدمن استخراج شده است. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد كه عوامل سوق دهنده محیطی با 723/0 rho = و موانع بازدارنده با 688/0 = rhoدرسطح معناداری01/0>p و دو طرفه با عدم رغبت، ارتباط دارند.در ضمن با آزمون رتبه ای فریدمن مشخص گردید كه موانع بازدارنده با میانگین رتبه ی 2/55 در اولویت اول و عوامل سوق دهنده ی محیطی با میانگین رتبه ی11 /2 در اولویت بعدی قرار گرفتند. بحث و نتيجه¬گيری: بر پایه ی یافته های تحقیق،باگسترش كم تحركی درقشر فرهنگی، بررسی علل و موانعی كه بیشتر بر اثر عوامل بیرونی بوجود می آیند تا عوامل درونی خود فرهنگیان، مشاركت در فعالیت های ورزشی و همچنین رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده ی سلامت را گسترش داده و به مدیرانی كه در امرسیاستگذاری و برنامه ریزی دخیل هستند كمك می كند تا این عوامل را شناسایی و برطرف كنند.

Purpose: Using of advanced technology and extensive development of technological life has been caused sporting activities. With regarding of benefits these activities, it should be tried in developing sport among people .For this reason, the aim of this research was to identify the causes of no interest to sporting activities among cultural persons of Mazandaran emphasis environmental leading factors and prioritization of the barriers. Methodology: The usable method in this research is descriptive – measurable which has been done with using of questionnaire with field distnbution. The statistical universe of this research was cultural persons (male and female) of Mazandaran who included 41783 persons that 750 persons of them were selected as sample. The gathering instrument of information was the questionnaire which was created by researcher that was distributed by clustering – categorical method after determination content validity and reliability at three regions, western, central and eastern of Mazandaran. The existing findings of this research have been achieved by using of spearman, Pearson tests, and Friedman ranking test. Results: The findings of this research shows that environmental leading factors with rho = 0/723 and also inhibiting barriers with rho=0/688 at significant level p 0/01 and two sides are correlative with no interest. . It was indicated with using of Friedman ranking test that inhibiting barriers with ranking average 2/55, environmental leading factors with ranking average with ranking average2/1 placed by arrangement in preference. Conclusion: According to researches findings, with extending low-activity between cultural people ,the study of causes and obstacles which are created by external factors more than internal factors of cultural persons ,has been extended the participation in sporting actinides and helps to managers who are responsible for exercising politics and planning so that they can identify and solve these factors.
