This paper consider a network consisting of n links having the property that at most j links have failed at time t but the network is still working. A representation of the hazard rate of the network is obtained under different scenarios on the network. We will show that, when the components of the network have decreasing failure rate, the hazard rate of the network is decreasing in time. Also two examples, and illustrative graphs are provided.
