Communication in nano-scale environment is very challenging due to certain restrictions. Diffusion-based molecular communication along with proper channel coding is a new and promising solution for nano-communications. In this paper, we study inter-symbol interference (ISI) as the main problem in diffusion-based molecular communication and propose a new ISI resistant coding scheme based on counting the number of molecules.
