خدمات، مزايا و اثرات مثبت مخاطرات طبيعي

تا قبل از حضور انسانها بر روي زمين، رخدادهاي طبيعي از قبيل سيل، زلزله، فوران هاي آتشفشاني، فرايندهاي كارستي و ... تنها تهديدي براي حيات گياهي و جانوري بوده اند. اما با پيدايش انسان ها، حوادث طبيعي به مخاطرات و بلاياي طبيعي تبديل شدند. به عبارت ديگر مخاطره از تاثير پديده ها بر زندگي انسان ايجاد مي شود. خود پديده مانند زلزله يا سيل رفتار طبيعي طبيعت است. رفتار و عملكرد رخدادهاي طبيعي مثل سيل و زلزله و ...، اثرات مثبت و مفيدي را در طبيعت در پي دارد. در اين تحقيق سعي شده است كه از طريق روش كتابخانه اي و اسنادي به مزاياي مخاطرات طبيعي پرداخته شود. مشخص گرديد خدماتي كه حوادث طبيعي ارائه مي دهند در موارد بسياري براي انسان ها نيز فوايد علمي، اقتصادي و زيبايي شناختي فراواني به همراه دارد. فرايندهاي طبيعي با وجود خطراتي كه مي توانند براي زندگي انسان ها و دارايي هاي آن ها به وجود بياورند، شرايط مساعد و مناسبي را در زمينه كشاورزي، توريسم، تحقيقات علمي، صنعت، معدن و ... براي ما فراهم مي كنند. با مقداري مطالعه، سرمايه گذاري و برنامه ريزي مي توان پديده هاي طبيعي را نه به عنوان فقط يك مخاطره و بحران طبيعي بلكه به عنوان فرصتي براي كمك به صنعت، كشاورزي، گردشگري و ... در يك منطقه و كشور مورد استفاده قرار داد.

Before the presence of humans on Earth, natural events such as floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, karstic processes and ... have been only a threat to plant and animal life. But with the advent of humans, natural disasters became natural disasters. The dangers of the human relationship with the environment are achieved. In other words, the risk of the effects of phenomena on human life is created. An earthquake or flood is the natural behavior of nature. The behavior of natural events such as flood and earthquakes, etc., has positive and beneficial effects in nature. In this research, we have tried to address the benefits of natural hazards through library and documentary methods. It has been discovered that services that provide natural disasters also have many scientific, economic and aesthetic benefits to humans in many cases. Natural processes, with the dangers they can bring to human lives and their assets, provide favorable conditions for agriculture, tourism, scientific research, industry, mining, and so on. With some study, investment, and planning, natural phenomena can be used not only as a natural hazard and natural disaster, but as an opportunity to help industry, agriculture, tourism, etc. in a region and country.
