In this paper, we study idempotent elements of a pseudo hoop-algebras and obtain some proper- ties of them. We use them to introduce the notion of pseudo-hoop algebra of fractions relative to an ∧-closed
system and study it . Then we introduce the concept of partial strong multiplier on pseudo hoop-algebras and obtain some related results.
