In this paper we study the Morse theory for noncommutative CW complexes. We show that under some conditions for a C*-algebra A, C(P rimA) is homotopy equivalent to a noncommutative CW complex. We also show that with same conditions C(Aˆ) has a C*-subalgebra which is homotopy equivalent to a noncommutative CW complex.
