Investigating the Impact of Knowledge Management and Information Technology Management Process on Parsian Bank s Competitive Advantage

هدف اصلي اين تحقيق بررسي تأثير فرآيند مديريت دانش و تكنولوژي اطلاعات بر كسب مزيت رقابتي بانك پارسيان غرب تهران مي باشد. در اين پژوهش مديريت دانش و تكنولوژي اطلاعات به عنوان متغيرهاي مستقل و كسب مزيت رقابتي به عنوان متغير وابسته مي باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق كليه كاركنان بانك پارسيان غرب تهران مي باشد مي باشد كه از طريق جدول مورگان تعداد 248 نفر به عنوان نمونه اماري انتخاب شده است. روش پژوهش از نوع توصيفي پيمايشي با رويكرد كاربردي مي باشد. روش گردآوري اطلاعات از روش كتابخانه اي و پيمايشي است. روش آزمون فرضيه هاي تحقيق از طريق آزمون همبستگي و رگرسيون چندگانه مي باشد. با توجه به جدول آمار توصيفي متغيرهاي تحقيق؛ تكنولوژي اطلاعات از نظر كاركنان در حد مطلوبي مي باشد ولي عملكرد بانك در كسب مزيت رقابتي در حد ضعيفي مي باشد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد مديريت دانش و تكنولوژي اطلاعات بر كسب مزيت رقابتي تأثير مستقيم و معناداري دارد.

The main objective of this research is to examine the impact of KM process and information technology on gaining competitive advantage in Parsian Bank of West Tehran. In this research knowledge management and information technology as independent variables and gaining competitive advantage as a dependent variable. The statistical population of the research is all employees of Parsian Bank of West Tehran which has been selected by the Morgan table for 248 individuals. The research method is descriptive survey with applied approach . The method of collecting information is a library and survey method. The method of testing the hypotheses of the research is through multiple correlation and regression tests. According to the descriptive statistics table of the research variables information technology is in terms of staff at the desired level but the performance of the bank in gaining competitive advantage is weak. The results of the research showed that knowledge management and information technology has a direct and significant effect on gaining competitive advantage
