خلاصه : موضوع:امروزه تقريباً تمام سازمانها و من جمله سازمانهاي بهداشتي مي كوشند تا با دريافت گواهي استانداردها وجوايز كيفي بر وجود كيفيت بالا در محصولات و خدمات خود صحه بگذارند.هدف ازاين پژوهش تعيين رابطه ميان سطح استقرارسيستم مديريت كيفي ايزو 2008- 9001با شاخص هاي اثربخشي كيفي در بيمارستانهاي شهرستان رشت از ديدگاه كاركنان مي باشد. روش :اين مطالعه توصيفي تحليلي در سال 1391 ميان 3 بيمارستان دارنده گواهي استقرار سيستم مديريت كيفيت بر اساس استانداردهاي ايزو 9000 در شهر رشت انجام پذيرفت،داده هاي اين تحقيق از طريق پرسشنامه خود تنظيمي پژوهشگر و با تعيين روايي محتوايي و استانداري آن ،جمع آوري وبا نرم افزار SPSS21 تحليل شد.ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ جهت تاييد پايايي داده ها 88% مي باشد يافته ها: رابطه معني داري ميان سطح استقرار ايزو وبرخي شاخص هاي اثربخشي كيفيتي در بيمارستانهاي مورد مطالعه وجود دارد . Abstract Title: Relationships between ISO 9000 Quality management system and Quality effectiveness in from the staff perspectives in hospitals of Rasht 1391 objective :The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the level of ISO 2008 - 9001 quality management system with the indictors of quality effectiveness from the staff perspectives in hospitals of Rasht. Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed in three ISO-certified hospitals of Rasht (352 people) in 1391. The data of this research was collected through self-regulation Questionnaire, by determining its Criterion validity and Content Validity, and data entry was done through software SPSS21. Cronbach Coefficient Alpha which was applied to confirm the reliability of the data was 88%. Data of quality effectiveness indictors were compared by using T-test before and after the implementations .analysis was carried out by Pearson correlation coefficient that The results were analyzed . Findings: there was a significant relationship between the implementations and some indicators of quality effectiveness (r= %58), (p 0.05),(t=0.08). 72.4 percent of the staff disagree with the impact of implementations on bed occupancy, and 83.8 percent of the staff disagree with average length of patients’ stay . discussion: Make a systemic view of the powerful system tool like ISO quality management system with practical using of the system in Organizational audit in addition to correcting systems and improving staff performance, will improve some Indicators of hospital.
