كاربرد ارگونومي در توان بخشي (همراه با بررسي اثر محيط و تجهيزات كمكي در زندگي افراد كم توان در مطالعات موردي)

Application of ergonomi in rehabilitation (with the study of the impact of the environment and auxiliary equipment in the life of weak people in case studies)

بر اساس آمار سازمان بهداشت جهاني، 11 درصد از افراد جامعه داراي درجاتي از معلوليت هستند. از اين جهت معلوليت پديده¬اى اجتماعى بوده و داراي ابعاد مختلفي مي¬باشد. افراد معلول علاوه بر ناتواني¬هاي جسمي، فشارهاي روحي زيادي را متحمل مي¬شوند. توان¬بخشى پاسخى است به نياز فرد و جامعه، نيازى كه دربردارنده مفهوم بازگشت فرد به جامعه است. توانبخشي محدود بوده و قادر به پوشش همه نيازهاي اين گونه افراد نيست؛ چراكه متخصص توانبخشي تنها مي¬تواند ميزان ضايعه را تعيين كرده و خدمات درماني را ارائه دهد، امّا او فاقد تخصص كافي در طراحي محيط و وسايل مورد نياز معلول است. در اين مقاله سعي شده است اصول علم ارگونومي براي طراحي محيط و وسايل مورد نياز معلولان مطرح شود، زيرا ارگونومي مي¬تواند به كمك توان¬بخشي به برطرف كردن نيازهاي فرد معلول منجر شده و ورود او را به جامعه تسهيل كند. در انتها با دو مطالعه موردي ضرورت توجه هرچه بيشتر به نيازهاي معلولان در محيط و اجتماع و مناسب سازي محيط بوسيله بكارگيري علم ارگونومي، نشان داده شده است.

According to the World Health Organization, 11% of the population have a degree of disability. Hence, disability is a social phenomenon with many dimensions. In addition to physical disabilities, the disability suffers from a lot of mental stress. Rehabilitation is a response to the needs of the individual and society, the need that includes the concept of returning the individual to society. Rehabilitation is limited and can not cover all the needs of these individuals, because the rehab specialist can only determine the extent of the lesion and provide health care, but he lacks sufficient expertise in designing the environment and the equipment needed for the disabled. In this paper, the principles of ergonomic science are intended to design the environment and equipment needed by the disabled, since ergonomics can help rehabilitate people with disabilities and facilitate their entry into the community. Finally, with two case studies, the need to pay more attention to the needs of people with disabilities in the environment and community, and the environment s suitability through the application of ergonomic science has been shown
