Stability,a new approach to neighborhood

محله ركن اصلي كالبد شهري است و آينده¬ي تعادل زندگي اجتماعي در شهرها بستگي بسيار زيادي به حفظ واحد محله دارد. با وجود محله¬هاست كه زندگي در بزرگترين شهرها مي¬تواند دلپذير و انساني باشد.در سطح جهان، از حدود دو دهه¬ي اخير ساخت محلات جديد مسكوني با رويكرد پايداري و بر پايه ي توسعه¬ي پايدار آغاز شده است. با اجراي نمونه¬هايي از اين محلات، به نظر مي¬رسد كه بخش عظيمي از مشكلات معماري و شهرسازي مدرن برطرف شده است، چراكه اين نگرش به طرزي پويا نيازهاي زندگي در جوامع كنوني را براي مردم فراهم نموده است، به نيازهاي آيندگان نيز توجه دارد و در پي ايجاد تعادل بين اجتماع، اقتصاد و محيط است. با بهره¬گيري از تجارب نمونه¬هاي ساخته شده در جهت آشنايي با جزئيات بيشتر و ملموس شدن مفاهيم معماري و شهرسازي پايدار، مي¬توان به راه¬كارهاي مطلوب دست يافت. ارتباط دو مقوله¬ي پايداري و محله شهري و پيوند دادن آنها در قالب يك موضوع، بحث اصلي اين مقاله است. سعي بر اين بوده تا با مشخص نمودن مفهوم پايداري و مفهوم محله در نهايت موضوع اصلي مقاله كه ويژگي¬هاي يك محله¬ي پايدار است بررسي شود.
