By developing sciences and technologies, the volume of humans computing and data has been developed and needs a powerful computing platform. Grid computing distributed system enables to compute with a very high volume. The main goal of Grid computing is sharing resources in a dynamic and probably heterogeneous media. Therefore, the most important in Grid is resource management. In this study, conscious search and hierarchical model was used to manage resources. The proposed method focuses on reducing the number of the created messages due to searching resources and increasing the speed of resource discovery. To obtain this goal, each resource manager saves a table of the resource data by which determines the given number of the source in each sub-level and the viability of the search message is determined. So, the level of the search message progress among tree nodes is limited and sending useless messages is prevented. In the proposed method, fewer resource managers are met by issuing the user request to search the resource and managers receive fewer search messages and resource managers reprocessing is reduced. Therefore, the speed of the user request processing and resource discovery speed are increased. Also, fewer resources are reserved and waiting time of next search messages is reduced for the reserved resourced to be released. The proposed method in this study is known as RNTL.
