Theoretical studies play an important role in the design and improvement of different types of biosensors. It is important to identify the anions such as the phosphate anion and its derivatives which are widespread in living cells and ubiquitously play a significant role in a myriad of the biological processes. We will investigate herein the thermodynamic properties of a fluorescent chemosensor by a phosphorylated peptide surface to identify the anionic phosphate
