Study the migration of moisture in petrochemical plants producing urea fertilizer warehouse and transport chain

پديده مهاجرت رطوبت نقش كليدي در كاهش كيفيت كود اوره در انبارها وكشتي هاي حمل دارد. با توجه به وجود مجتمع هاي متعدد پتروشيمي توليد كود اوره در كشور و مصرف روز افزون كود و بازار رقابتي صادرات، حفظ كيفيت محصول وكاهش ضايعات اهميت ويژه اي دارد. مقاله ذيل نگاه موشكافانه اي به پديده مهاجرت رطوبت داشته و راهكارهاي پيشگيري از آن را بررسي مي نمايد. در اين مقاله مكانيزم كيك شدن از طريق جذب آب و دفع آن، بويژه كيك شدن و گسترش در سرتاسر توده اوره كه حتي در محصول با كيفيت خوب مشاهده شده است. اين امر با مهاجرت رطوبت حاصل مي شود.

Moisture migration has key role in reducing the quality of carrying urea fertilizer in the warehouse and ships.Due to the presence of multiple petrochemical complex in the country urea fertilizer production and fertilizer consumption and increasing competitive market, maintaining product quality and minimizing losses is important. The following article scrutiny of moisture migration phenomenon and its prevention strategies are examined. In this article mechanism caking in the water absorption and desorption, especially urea cake and spread throughout the urea pile has been observed that even in good quality products. This can be achieved with moisture migration.
