Copper, zinc oxide nanoparticles have antibacterial properties against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Copper supplementation can improve growth performance, affect immune system, increases protein synthesis and function of the bird s gut. To perform this test150chickenswere dividedrandomly into3groups of 50each. Group1, control, Group2(50 mg), Group3(100 mg) copperzinc oxidenanoparticlesfor 37days for oral solution water received in a specified time interval. (Keeping thesameenvironment), and during this period the average weight 2/450±4kg with afeed conversion ratiowas1.8. The use ofcopper supplements to100 mg daily, on average, increaseimmune activitylymph nodes, spleenand bursaFabricius (BF)and,also, the population of intestinallactobacilliaffects thecolon.
