Sustainable urban design in Jomhouri Street-Tehran

در سال هاي اخير، با توجه به رشد بي رويه جمعيت در شهر تهران و به تبع آن رشد سريع و روزافزون وسعت شهر كه سبب به هم ريختن تعادل و توازن بين كاركردهاي شهري شده، استفاده از اتومبيل به عنوان يك وسيله غالب، بر زندگي شهرنشيني سايه افكنده است. خيابان جمهوري كه روزگاري محل گذر پياده بود و امكان مراوده بين انسان ها، تفريح، پياده روي، گذراندن اوقات فراغت و خريد را براي همگان فراهم مي آورد حال مورد بي توجهي واقع شده است و عوامل جايگزين حركت پياده سبب شده است تا خيابان جمهوري صرفا محل گذر سواره باشد و شاهد تداخل حركتي سواره و پياده در محدوده مورد نظر هستيم، كه همين امر عواقب جبران ناپذيري از قبيل آلودگي هوا و مشكلات زيست محيطي به ارمغان آورده است و هويت پياده به عنوان يكي از مهمترين عناصر سامانه حمل و نقل شهري پايدار مخدوش و فاقد جايگاهي در نظام تردد شده است. همچنين وضعيت نابهنجار ترافيك پياده و سواره و آلودگي ها صوتي و بصري و همچنين بروز مسائلي كه امنيت و سلامت انسان را در اين محدوده تهديد مي كند موجب شده است تا با برنامه ريزي مناسب و تكيه بر شاخصه هاي توسعه پايدار، به مطالعه و شناخت اين حوزه كه از لحاظ مركزيت و دسترسي حائز اهميت است، پرداخته شود. ضروري به نظر مي رسد با توجه به اين كه عابر پياده بيشترين سهم و مهمترين شركت كننده در تردد شهري مي باشد، در طراحي فضاهاي شهري بيش از پيش به مسير هاي حركتي آن ها توجه گردد. از همين رو، در اين پژوهش تلاش بر اين بوده كه با توجه به اهميت فعاليت خريد و همچنين نقش پياده روي در بالا بردن كيفيت زندگي شهروندان، به بررسي و ساماندهي فضاي حركت پياده در محدوده خيابان حافظ و سي تير در امتداد خيابان جمهوري كه در حال حاضر وضعيت نامتناسب معابر اين محور، امنيت و سلامت عابرين پياده مخصوصا كودكان، سالخوردگان و معلولين را تهديد مي كند، پرداخته شود.

It seems necessary due to the pedestrian highest share, and the company is in urban traffic, in the design of urban spaces should be paid attention to more than ever to track the movement. So, in this research effort is that due to the importance of buying and walk the role in raising the quality of life of citizens, to review and organize the spacewalk Hafez street and C Tir within along the axis Jomhouri, which currently places a disproportionate situation, the safety of pedestrians, especially children, the elderly and people with disabilities threatens to be addressed.
