امروزه با افزايش رقابت و تغييرات غيرقابل‌پيش‌بيني در عرصه كسب‌وكار، سازمانها به‌منظور كسب مزاياي رقابتي در دستيابي به اهداف سازماني و موفقيت در كسب‌وكار، بايد چابك عمل نمايند. اين قابليت به سازمان‌ها كمك مي‌كند تا تغييرات غيرقابل‌پيش‌بيني را به‌منظور دستيابي به موقعيت بهتر در بازار رقابتي و بهبود چرخه زماني در فعاليتهاي مديريتي كشف كرده و به آن پاسخ دهند. فناوري اطلاعات مي‌تواند در تدارك اطلاعات موردنياز به‌منظور دستيابي به اهداف استراتژيك براي نيل به‌چابكي سازمانها مؤثر باشد. با توجه به ابعاد گسترده چابكي سازماني در علم مديريت و همچنين نقش بسزايي كه فناوري اطلاعات در توسعه آن دارد. پژوهش حاضر به توسعه چابكي سازماني با رويكرد فناوري اطلاعات پرداخته است .اين پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف، كاربردي ميباشد و ازنظر نحوه گردآوري اطلاعات، توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است. براي تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌هاي اين پژوهش، از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي استفاده‌شده است. در سطح توصيفي، با استفاده از مشخصه‌هاي آماري نظير فراواني، درصد، ميانگين و انحراف معيار به تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها پرداخته‌شده است. در سطح استنباطي، به‌منظور تعيين اختلاف ميانگين مورد انتظار و ميانگين به‌دست‌آمده از آزمون t يك دامنه استفاده‌شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه با ارتقاء و بهبود شاخص‌هاي فناوري اطلاعات مي‌توان به‌چابكي دست ‌يافت.

Today, by improving competition and unpredictable changes in busyness, organizations must have agility to achieve Competitive Advantages, success in busyness and their goals. This ability helps organizations to explore unpredictable changes in order to achieve a better situation in competitive market and improving their time management. Information technology could be effective to prepare needed information in order to achieve strategic targets to find organizational agility. Due to widespread aspects of organizational agility in management science and the important role of information technology in its improving, The present research develop organizational agility with information technology approach. This research is practical in terms of goal and In terms of gathering information is descriptive/survey research. In this research, descriptive and Inferential Statistics are used to analyze the data. In descriptive level, statistic features like number, percent and Standard deviation are considered for analyzing data. In inferential level a domain is used in order to determine the difference between the expected average and the average that comes from T-Test. The conclusions of this research express that by improving the information technology can achieve agility.
