بررسي تاثير اقتصاد دانش بنيان بر روند تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتي در ايران

دور شدن از اقتصاد نفتي و حركت به سوي اقتصاد مقاومتي، رويكرد جديدي است كه قادر است زمينه هاي توسعه همه جانبه كشور را فراهم آورد. راهبردي ترين ابزار در اين مسير بهره-گيري از اقتصاد دانش پايه ميباشد؛ اقتصادي كه در آن بهره وري اقتصادي از تأثير متقابل دانش بر دانش حاصل مي شود تا اثر دانش بر مواد خام. اين انديشه محصول توجه به تأثير دانش و اطلاعات در تابع توليد و مقياس آن و نيز عواملي از جمله جهاني شدن اقتصاد، رشد سريع فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات و افزايش تقاضا و نياز به توليد انبوه است.در اين مقاله كه به طور كلي با استفاده از روش تحليلي و توصيفي نگارش گرديده، تلاش شده تا با بررسي نقش اقتصاد دانش بنيان در اقتصاد مقاومتي و تحليل شرايط كشور در اين زمينه با استفاده از شاخص هاي مربوط به اقتصاد دانش بنيان، پيشنهادهايي به منظور بهبود اوضاع در اين زمينه و در راستاي دستيابي به اقتصاد مقاومتي ارائه گردد. با اينكه تلاشهاي گسترده اي به منظور دستيابي به اين هدف در كشور انجام شده و طي سالهاي گذشته شاهد بهبود در روند اقتصاد دانش بنيان بوده ايم، اما مقايسه شرايط كشور با سطح جهاني نشان مي دهد كه همچنان راه زيادي براي توسعه اقتصاد دانش بنيان در كشور پيش رو مي باشد. ايجاد شركتهاي دانش پايه، توسعه پاركهاي فناوري، توسعه دانشگاه كارآفرين، ايجاد كانونهاي پژوهش و پيشرفت، بهبود و ايجاد زمينه هاي حقوقي و حمايتي لازم، از جمله مهمترين راهكارهاي پيشنهادي براي دانش بنيان كردن اقتصاد در راستاي تقويت اقتصاد مقاومتي ميباشند

Getting away from the oil economy and moving toward a resilient economy is a new approach that can provide the ground for comprehensive development of the country. Strategic tool in this regard is the use of knowledge-based economy an economy in which economic productivity derives from the interactive effect of knowledge on knowledge rather than the effect of knowledge on raw materials. This idea is a product of attention to the effect of knowledge and information in the production function and its scale, as well as factors such as globalization of the economy, the rapid growth of information and communication technology and the increasing demand and the need for mass production.In this article which is generally written using analytical and descriptive method, It was attempted to study the role of knowledge-based economy in resistance economy and analysis of the countrys situation in this field using indicators related to the knowledge economy, and present proposals to improve the situation in this field and to achieve a resilient economy. Although extensive efforts have been made to achieve this goal in the country and over the past years we have seen improvements in the knowledge economy, but the comparison of the countrys situation with the world shows that it is still a great way to develop the knowledge-based economy in the country. Creation of knowledge-based companies, development of technology parks, development of entrepreneurial university, establishing research and development centers, improve and create the necessary legal and support backgrounds are the most important solutions for crearing the knowledge base economy to strengthen the resistance economy.
