Strategies of designing open spaces for the elderly centers

چكيده: حفظ سلامت روان سالمندان در دنياي مدرن امروزي يكي از امور مهم واساسي مي باشد.دنيا در حال پيرشدن است. سالمندي بيماري نيست بلكه يك مرحله از چرخه ي زندگي است كه مسائل رشدي خاص خود را دارد. فرض به اين است كه محيط درسطح مختلفي رفتار را تحت تاثير قرار مي دهد.فضاهاي معمارانه .به مطالعه چگونگي بازتاب نيازها والويت هاي مردم در سبك هاي معماري ونيز چگونگي شكل دهي رفتارها توسط طراحي مختلف مي پردازد.رفتارهاي آني،تابعي از وضيعتي هستند كه در آن اتفاق مي افتند. براي مثال،آرايش مبلمان واثاثيه در يك اتاق برشيوه تعامل افراد آن اتاق با يكديگر تاثير مي گذارد. در اين پروژه سعي براين نموده ايم كه فضايي معماري براي سالمندان تشريح كنيم كه ضمن دارا بودن برخي از ويژگي هاي مشترك، خصوصيات خاص و متمايز دارند.ازاين روي بايد آنها را به خوبي در زمينه اجتماعي،جسماني وروحي ورواني شناخت وسپس با توجه به نياز هاي آنها فضايي كه اميد يه زندگي را در آنها پرورش دهيم وموجب ايجاد طول عمر مفيد بيشتري در آنها شويم. اين مقاله داراي چهاربخش است.در بخش نخست بيان كليات تحقيق شامل بيان مسئله، اهميت وضرورت انجام تحقيق، بيان سوالات، اهداف، ودر بخش دوم: تاريخچه خانه سالمندان، تعاريف مفهومي تخصصي واژگان،در بخش سوم:پيوندرفتار با محيط والگوهاي رفتاري سالمندان در فضاها ورهنمودهاي طراحي فضاي باز با توجه به ويژگي هاي جسمي، فيزيولوژكي وويژگي هاي رواني واجتماعي بررسي شده ودر آخربه جمع بندي ونتيجه گيري مي پردازيم.

ABSTRACT One of the most significant issues in the modern era has been the psychological healthcare of old individuals. As it has been recorded the average rate of the aged people has been increased. Old age is not an illness; however it could be seen as one of the stages during the lifecycle, which has its own peculiar attributes. It has been assumed that the environment affect the outward behaviors. Thus, architectural structures could pave the way for further studies and demonstrate how the reflection of needs and public priorities, and formation of habits could influence various kinds of designs through different types of architecture. Instant behaviors depend upon the situations they occur. For instance, the way that people cooperate inside a room relies on the design of suits and stuffs. The purpose of this project is to design a center for the elderly that has some remarkable distinctive social, psychological, spiritual, and physical features, and has been in accordance with old age specifications. This innovative design has been supposed to enhance their life expectancy, and to provide them with a more enlivening circumstance. This article has been represented in 4 sections. The first section deals with the overall studies such as posing the problem, the significance of the problem, the research method and the related questions. The second section contains some information such as the history of the elderly centers, the conceptual definitions of technique words. The third section analyzes the mutual relationship between the environment and behavioral patterns of old people, and also it provides some strategies of designing in respect to physical, physiological, psychological and social aspects. In the final section there is a brief conclusion too.
