We describe the construction of explicit methods with s stages of order p = s and stage
order q = p with large regions of absolute stability. Stability regions of these methods compare
favorably with stability regions of corresponding second derivative diagonally implicit
multistage integration method of the same order with Runge–Kutta stability.
