نقدي بر روش شناسي مباحثات بهره

Methodology of interest debates: A critical approach

تحقيقات زيادي در مباحثات پيرامون رد يا تاييد بهره، به ابزار مختلف نقلي، عقلي و تاريخ و اخلاقي تمسك جسته اند. آنچه در روش شناسي اين مباحثات از اهميت برخوردار است، يكساني شيوه بحث و استدلال ها است. براي روشن شدن شيوه نقد و استدلال ها در اين زمينه، اين مقاله عمده تلاش خود را بر بررسي روش نقد و بررسي مساله بهره در يك سير تاريخي نهاده است. در اين مقاله مساله مباحثات بهره در انديشه غيرمسلمانان و روش هاي بحث و بررسي آنها مورد مداقّه قرار مي گيرد. همينطور چنين سيري در انديشه مسلمانان نيز دنبال شده و در نهايت روش مباحثات و مجادلات از نظر عيني و عقلي يا نقلي و ارزشي مقايسه مي شود.

Research in debates for accept or reject interest, carry different traditional, intellectual, historical, and moral tools. The methodology of these debates from objective or subjective points of view, are important to be the same. To clarify the method of criticism and arguments, the major effort of this paper is studying the methodology of the debates base on a historical excursion. The main question of this paper is the methodology that is used in researches. The purpose of this issue is whether the method used in discussions by different scientists is correct or not. The hypothesis of this study is that discussions are shaped in different spaces so that if one party approve or reject the interest by traditional or ethical reasons, sometimes, the method and tools that are used by opponents are not the same. The contribution of this paper is shed a light on different methods using by advocates and opponent researches about interest.
