The issue, ferroics-materials, contains a wide range of points in the field of physic and material science. This study aims to introduce the potential usages of ferrous-materials. The clear trait about ferrous-materials is that they can change their features based on a default manner to accomplish a useful purpose instead of having a stable trait that cannot change, in fact they are dynamic materials in comparison with static and rigid once. The capabilities of these ferrous-materials are to control shakes resulted from wind or earth. Of the other capabilities of this structural materials is that they can check and control tensions and also have the ability to heal themselves and increase their chargeability. The architectural capabilities of these materials is their reaction to heat and reflection of light, generating electricity, transparency and fading, color change, lightness and at the same time the feature of being green and eco-friendly. This article classified in applied researches and with descriptive method will considerate to intelligent materials and its kinds and then the ferrous-materials and their architectural and structural capabilities will be discussed in details.
