بررسي بي تفاوتي اجتماعي در مورد مسائل آموزش و پرورش در ايران

Studying the social apathy towards educational issues in Iran

هدف اين مقاله تبيين مفهوم بي تفاوتي اجتماعي و علل و پيامدهاي آن با روش كاوشگري فلسفي در آموزش و پروش مي باشد. بنابراين ابتدا تعاريف بي تفاوتي اجتماعي مورد توجه قرار گرفته و سپس علل بي تفاوتي به صورت كلي بيان شده است. بي تفاوتي مي تواند ناشي از احساس عدم اثربخشي، ترجيح منافع شخصي به منافع عمومي، عدم آگاهي از جنبه هاي مختلف موضوع مورد نظر، ضعف شناختي و ضعف توان مالي و عدم آگاهي سياسي باشد. بي تفاوتي نسبت به مسائل و مشكلات آموزش و پرورش در سه سطح و يا گروه شامل والدين و خانواده ها، رسانه ها و جامعه و متخصصان تعليم وتربيت مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در مورد خانواده ها، نبود عدالت آموزشي و نابرابر بودن كيفيت آموزش و عدم آگاهي موجب بي تفاوتي است. در سطح جامعه و رسانه ها، ضعف آموزش و پرورش در انعكاس و مطرح ساختن دقيق مشكلات و نداشتن رسانه مخصوص به خود و عدم توجه و مشاركت نهادهاي مختلف در حل مشكلات آموزش پرورش باعث بي تفاوتي مي باشد. متخصصان تعليم و تربيت نيز بيشتر به خاطر عدم توجه و استقبال از انها از طرف مسئولان آموزش و پرورش، نسبت به مسائل تعليم و تربيت حساسيت چنداني ندارند ضمن اينكه برخي از متخصصان تنها به دنبال علائق پژوهشي خود هستند. در پايان راهكارهايي مانند توجه بيشتر به وضعيت مدارس دولتي، برقراي عدالت آموزشي، ايجاد همدلي در جامعه و مشاركت بخش هنر و هنرمندان در انعكاس پيامدهاي ناشي از ضعف آموزشي و تربيتي به عنوان برخي از راه حل ها ارائه شده است.

This paper aims to investigate the social apathy and its causes and consequences using philosophical inquiry method in education. So, first asocial apathy’s definitions have been considered. Then, causes of apathy have been presented. Apathy can be happened due to the lack of effectiveness, the preference of personal interests compared to the public interests, the lack of awareness on the various aspects of the subject, financial weakness and lack of political awareness. Apathy towards educational issues has been investigated at three levels including parents, society and media and educationalists. At the level of parents and families, the lack of awareness and the lack of Educational Justice are the reasons for apathy. At the level of society and media, these reasons have been mentioned for apathy: the weakness of education ministry in presenting problems and the shortage of having a private media and also the lack of attention and participation of various institutions. At the level of educationalists, the lack of education authorities’ cooperation is the reason for apathy. Moreover, some educationalists are just looking for their research interests. At the end, strategies such as paying more attention to public schools’ situations, stablishing educational equity, developing empathy in society, participating of art and artists, reflecting the consequences of poor education and training have been presented as solutions.
