ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي LRT ، ﻣﻮﻧﻮرﻳﻞ و ﻣﺘﺮو و ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺎه ﻫﺮﻛﺪام در ﺣﻞ ﻣﺸﻜﻼت ﺗﺮاﻓﻴﻚ ﺷﻬﺮ مشهد

ﻣﻌﻀﻼت ﺗﺮاﻓﻴﻜﻲ ﺷﻬﺮ مشهد، ﺑﻪ اﻧﺪازه اي ﺑﺤﺮاﻧﻲ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﻳﺰي و ﭼﺎره اﻧﺪﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻞ آن ﻫﺎ ﻓﻮق اﻟﻌﺎده ﺿﺮوري ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ روﻧﺪ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ وﺳﺎﻳﻞ ﻧﻘﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﻮﺗﻮري و ﻣﻴﺰان واردات ﺧﻮدرو از ﻳﻚ ﺑﻌﺪ و ﻋﺪم ﻛﺎرآﻳﻲ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻲ ﻓﻌﻠﻲ در ﺑﻌﺪ دﻳﮕﺮ، ﭘﻴﺶ ﺑﻴﻨﻲ ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد ﺣﺠﻢ ﺗﺮدد وﺳﺎﻳﻞ ﻧﻘﻠﻴﻪ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻬﺮ در ﺳﺎل ﻫﺎي آﺗﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺣﺪي ﺑﺮﺳﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺣﺘﻲ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻇﺮﻓﻴﺖ ﺷﺒﻜﻪ ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﻧﻴﺰ ﻧﺘﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺣﻞ اﻳﻦ ﻣﺸﻜﻞ ﻛﻤﻜﻲ ﻧﻤﺎﻳﺪ. ﻟﺬا در ﻛﻨﺎر راه ﺣﻞ ﻓﻮق، ﺑﻬﺘﺮ اﺳﺖ ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ ﻧﺎوﮔﺎن ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻲ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد، ﺑﺎ اﻋﻤﺎل ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺘﻲ ﻛﺎرآﻣﺪ، از ﺗﻮان ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻠﻲ ﻧﻈﻴﺮ ﻣﻮﻧﻮرﻳﻞ و ﻣﺘﺮو،ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﻜﻤﻞ ﺑﻬﺮه ﻣﻨﺪ ﺷﻮﻳﻢ. ﻫﺪف از اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻛﻴﻔﻲ ﻣﻴﺎن ﻣﻮﻧﻮرﻳﻞ و LRT و ﻣﺘﺮو و ﺑﻴﺎن ﺿﺮورت اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻮﻧﻮرﻳﻞ ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻞ ﻗﺴﻤﺘﻲ از ﻣﻌﻀﻞ ﺗﺮاﻓﻴﻚ ﺷﻬﺮ مشهد ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ وﻳﮋﮔﻲ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺸﺘﺮك اﻳﻦ سه ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ، ﻧﻈﻴﺮ اﻳﻤﻨﻲ، ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ زﻳﺴﺖ، ﻇﺮﻓﻴﺖ ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ و ﻛﺎرآﻣﺪي از ﻳﻚ ﺳﻮ، و اﺷﺎره ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮﺗﺮي ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﻧﻮرﻳﻞ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺘﺮو و LRT از ﺳﻮي دﻳﮕﺮ، دﻳﺪه ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ دﻻﻳﻠﻲ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﺑﺎﻻ و ﻫﺰﻳﻨﻪ اﺣﺪاث ﻛﻢ، ﺗﻮﺟﻴﻬﻲ ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻀﻮر ﻣﻮﻧﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻛﻨﺎر ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

The aim of this study was to compare the monorail and LRT and Metro qualitative and expressed the need to use the monorail to solve some of the traffic is in Mashhad. The common features of these systems, such as safety, environmentally friendly, convenient and efficient transportation capacity on the one hand, and pointed to the advantages of the Metro Monorail and LRT On the other hand, there are reasons such as speed of construction high and low construction costs, along with other justification for the monorail transport systems are available.
