Provide a new method to determine effectiveness or performance rate of organization strategies based on Freeman model and using improved dimensional analysis method

Strategic management can be defined as the art and science of formulating, implementing, and evaluating crossfunctional decisions that enable an organization to achieve its objectives. The strategic management process consists of three stages: Strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. Strategy evaluation or measure and evaluate strategies performance is the final stage in strategic management .Strategy evaluation is vital to an organization’s well-being; timely evaluations can alerts management to problems or potential problems before a situation becomes critical. In this study, using improving dimensional analysis method and base on Freeman model, has been presented practical method that determine effectiveness or performance rate of organization strategies. The measurement framework in this study offers guidelines for measuring performance rate of organization strategies in manufacturing units. The case study of this research is relevant to determine effectiveness rate of organization strategies in SAHAR Paint industry, this industrial unit produces a variety of car colors and its subsets, and also is a consultant in car painting and industrial painting fields. Based on Freeman Model, to determine the effectiveness or performance rate of organization in terms of each stakeholder, 7 stakeholder groups are usually determined. Each of them has indices for measuring the effectiveness or performance rate. Findings indicate the performance rate of 7 stakeholder groups includes Owners, Customers, Staff, Creditors, society, Suppliers and Government are respectively 0.745, 0.775, 0.743, 0.700, 0.747, 0.863 and 0.833.
