In this paper, competitive three echelon supply chain network design problem considers in the presence of acompetitor that supply a similar products in the market. Risk of disruption included as two scenarios in this problem.Market competitive factors are retailers’ quality, distance and capacity. This problem considers static competitionbetween new supply chain and its rival and customers’ behavior is assumed probable. A mixed-integer nonlinearmodel for competitive supply chain network design introduced and a solution based on ε-constraint and lexicographicoptimization has been proposed. Some numerical examples are considered to evaluate the model and the solutionapproach. Comparisons verify the suitability of the model and solution approach.
