بررسي عوامل موثر بر ميزان انگيزش مربيان ورزش در باشگاه هاي ورزشي

The study of factors affecting the motivation of coaches in the sport clubs

هدف كلي اين تحقيق بررسي تاثير عوامل موثر بر ميزان انگيزشمربيان ورزشي در باشگاه هاي ورزشي بود. تحقيق توصيفي و جمع آوري اطلاعات آماري به صورت پيمايشي انجام شد. كليهمربيان شاغل در ليگ هاي برتر 18 رشته ورزشي در اصفهان در سال 1392 به عنوان جامعه آماري بودند. تعداد 128 نفر به صورت طبقه بندي از بين مربيان به عنوان نمونه آماريانتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته كه اعتبار و روايي آن سنجش شده بود استفاده گرديد. براي تحليل فرضيه هاي تحقيق از ضريب همبستگي، رگرسيون چند متغيره و آزمون خي دو استفاده شد. نتايج نشان دادچهار عامل: حفظ شأن و منزلت مربي، احترام، ارزشيابي عادلانه عملكرد و مجموعه دريافتي هاي مربيان با انگيزه كاري آنان رابطه معناداري دارد. همچنين ميزان امكانات رفاهي كه در اختيار مربيان قرار گرفته رابطه معناداري با انگيزش آنان دارد. حمايت سازماني از فعاليت ها و برنامه هاي مربيانتاثير معناداري با انگيزش آناندارد وايجاد فرصت هاي رشد و ارتقا باعث بالا رفتن انگيزش مربيان مي شود.

The main purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of various factors on the motivation of coaches in clubs. It is a descriptive research and in order to collect the required statistical information survey method and field branch were used. The statistical population of the research was all the coaches working in 13 sports leagues in Esfahan in 1391. 128 participants were selected among the coaches as the sample. In order to gather the data, a researcher-designed questionnaire was prepared and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were assessed. For the analysis of the research hypothesis correlation, multiple regression and chi-square test were used. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the facilities that the coaches received and their motivation. Due to the respect and dignity, the motivation of the coaches will increase. Supporting the activities and programs of the coaches significantly influences on their motivation. Creating opportunities for growth and promotion also increases the motivation of coaches.
