احياي پمپ هاي يوني موجود دردستگاه طيف سنج جرمي

Due to the importance of high vacuum technology in the mass spectrometer performance on one hand and with respect to the international sanctions on Iran which limits the access to ultra high vacuum components like ion pumps on the other hand, this paper describes the sputter-ion pumps and their function, as well as the procedure of reviving the ion pumps in mass spectrometer which was carried out for the first time in this laboratory.
