Let $M_n(\mathbb{H})$ be the real algebra of all $n-$square quaternion matrices. Let $c\in\mathbb{H}^n$ and $C\in M_n(\mathbb{H})$. In this paper, the notion of $c-$numerical range and $C-$numerical range of quaternion matrices, as in the complex case, are introduced. Some algebraic and geometrical properties of them are investigated. In particular, more properties of the $C-$numerical range, where $C$ is a real matrix, are investigated.
