Evaluate, identify, and segregate different plant species and related products, in line with the study of genetic differences between populations within them, increased our knowledge of verification and validation of the authenticity of agricultural products; and provides important data for quantitative control programs and the economic organization of the products. Given the importance of the diversity of agricultural products and capabilities of their differentiating, the aim of this study was to consider the variation in the number of genes in the nucleus and chloroplast marker of sunflower, soybean, and olive. As it is shown, despite universality of matK, this gene was not amplified in any of the samples; showed that despite of the fact that the initiator of this gene sequences from other sources has been prepared and given that the common DNA used in the experiment, two scientific justification can be for the non-proliferation suggests that: 1- Tm selected is not correct and should be explored whether a few different Tm-temperature PCR, the amplification of the gene. 2. Non-proliferation of third-error experimentation and pipetting is incorrect. Markers based on the chloroplast genome are very applicable which is due to their relatively high replication in plant samples, but owing to generic sequence consists of a variety of plant species in foods, are restricted. Alternative sequence, 5s DNA sequence of several hundred pairs have been formed and includes 5s rRNA (approximately 120bp) and are non-transcribed spacer.
