Relationship Communication skills coaches whit creativity Handball players of the Premier League

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between communication skills coaches whit creativity handball players of the premier league.In this descriptive - correlation research the population include all coaches and players Iran handball pre-league. In order to gather data, two valid and reliable questionnaire were used: Breton s Communication Skills Questionnaire, and 2- Rend sip s Creativity Questionnaire. To analyze the data in this study, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used. Research findings demonstrate that there is a meaningful positive relationship between coaches’ communication skills, verbal communication skills, effective listening skills and feedback skills and creativity of the country’s Pro League handball players. So the coach should support players with having an effective listening and aerating a constituent communication.
