اصول و روش¬هاي ايجاد همدلي ملّت با دولت از منظر نهج¬البلاغه با تطبيق بر روانشناسي

Principles of creating empathy between nation and state from the viewpoint of Nahjulbalagha [comparing with psychology]

چكيده وحدت و همراهي مردم با حكومت، از مهمترين عوامل موفقيت جوامع است. راه¬كارهاي ايجاد هم¬دلي و هم¬زباني در دو عرصه عوامل همدلي ملّت با دولت و دولت با ملّت، قابل بررسي است. نهج¬البلاغه به عنوان منشور سياسي شيعه در اين عرصه از جايگاه ويژه¬اي برخوردار است. اميرالمومنين عليه¬السلام راه¬كارهاي متعددي براي ايجاد هم¬دلي و هم¬زباني دولت و ملّت بيان داشته¬اند. تطبيق و تحليل اين مباني با ديدگاه روانشناسان، بسيار حائز اهميّت است. پژوهش پيش¬رو، از يك طرف، مهم¬ترين اصول و روش¬هاي موثر حاكمان براي همراهي مردم با دولت، از منظر نهج¬البلاغه و روانشناسي را مورد بررسي قرار داده و از سوي ديگر، هم¬خواني و تناسب اين اصول با ديدگاه روانشاسان را به اثبات مي¬رساند. هدف اين پژوهش، كشف ديدگاه اميرمومنان عليه¬السلام در راستاي وظايف حاكمان نسبت به مردم به عنوان نظريه برتر در اين رابطه است. كاربست ملاك¬هاي ارائه شده در اين تحقيق توسط دولت اسلامي كه باعث هم¬گرايي موثر ملّت با دولت مي¬شود، از فوايد اين پژوهش بوده كه در دو بخشِ اصول و روش¬هاي ايجاد همدلي تنظيم گرديده است. كليدواژگان: همدلي و همزباني، اميرالمومنين عليه¬السلام، رعيّت، حاكم، والي، حكومت.

Abstract Unity and companionship with the government is one of the most important factors in the success of societies. The author attempts to shed light on ways of creating coexistence and cooperation between nation and state. Nahjulbalagha, being the Shiite political charter, possesses a high position in this respect. The commander of the faithful has spoken about various ways to create empathy and sympathy between the state and the nation. It is very important to study and analyze these fundamentals in the light of the psychologists’ views. This article examines some effective measures taken by rulers to bring people together with the government from the perspective of Nahjulbalagha and psychology. The purpose of this research is to discover the viewpoint of the commander of the faithful [Imam Ali] (as) in relation to the rulers duties towards the people and prove it as a superior theory in this regard. The benefit of this study is to persuade the Islamic State to apply these criteria that will bring about effective convergence between the nation with the government [state].
