The Foundations of System Theory from the Perspective of the Quran

چكيده افتادن و گرفتار شدن نظريه تجزيه گرا و تحليلي سازمان در دام جزء نگري، عدم توجه به محيط پوياي سازمان كه با تحول و ديگر گوني شگفت انگيز و مداوم زمينه ساز گسترش و توسعه فضاي رقابتي حاكم بر سازمان بود، نظريه پردازان آينده نگر سازمان و مديريت را به مطالعه سازمان با رويكرد تفكر سيستمي وطرح و ابداع« نظريه سيستمي» وا داشت. در نظريه سيستمي مبتني بر قرآن، مطالعه و بررسي«كل» اصالت دارد و يكي از مباني نظريه سيستمي است. با مطالعه و دقت در آيات قرآن، مي توان همبستگي بين اجزاء را به مثابه يكي ديگر از مباني نظريه سيتسمي بر داشت نموده و در نظر گرفت. هدفمندي سيستم يكي ديگر از مباني نظريه سيتمي از ديگاه قرآن است. بكار گيري آنتروپي منفي براي جلو گيري از اضمحلال و نا بساماني طبيعي سازمان يكي ديگر از مباني نظريه سيستمي از ديدگاه قرآن مي باشد. كليدواژگان: قرآن، نظريه سيستمي، مباني، سازمان و اهداف.

Abstract There have been many reasons for scholars to get interested in designing and developing ‘systematic theory’. Paying much attention to the particulars, paying no or less attention to the dynamic environment of the organization, which, with a remarkable and continuous transformation, led to the expansion and development of the competitive atmosphere governing the organization, are some of the reasons they changed their tendency. The research method in this paper is descriptive-analytic. Sometimes it has also made use of a comparative approach. This paper, having an intra-textual approach, analyzes the scientific findings of The Foundations of System Theory from the West s Viewpoint and presents it as a fundamental question to the Holy Qur an. So as to acquire a scientific response from the Quran. To the Quran, there are many foundations for system theory, including: having a holistic view, meaningful harmony between the constituents of system, purposefulness of system, application of negative entropy against the natural collapse of organization.
