چكيده
علوم اجتماعي يا همان جامعه‌شناسي، در زمره علوم انساني است و محوريت مباحث آن، افراد و نهادهاي جامعه و نيز رفتارها و قوانين اجتماعي است. قرآن كريم، كتاب جامعه‌شناسي نيست؛ ليكن اشاراتي دقيق و راهگشا براي تعالي و رشد زندگي اجتماعي انسان دارد.
اين پژوهش، با روش تحقيقي «نقلي-وحياني» در پي ارائه راهكارهاي وحياني براي برون‌رفت جامعه از استضعاف و رسيدن به رشد و تعالي است.
استضعاف به معناي ناتوان و ضعيف ساختن جامعه در ابعاد گوناگون سياسي، نظامي، اقتصادي و علمي و فرهنگي است. از منظر قرآن كريم، عوامل استضعاف دو گونه دروني و بيروني دارد، زيرا گاهي جامعه به وسيله افراد و نيروهاي خودي به استضعاف كشيده مي‌شود و زماني از طريق عوامل بيروني و بيگانگان مستكبر.
تجهيز و آماده‌سازي نيروهاي نظامي و ايجاد قدرتي بازدارنده و كوبنده در برابر مستكبران به همراه تقويت روحيه ايماني و صبر و استقامت نيروهاي انساني، از راهكارهاي قرآن حكيم براي برون‌رفت از استضعاف نظامي است.
در نگرش قرآني، براي خروج از استضعاف سياسي نيز راهكارهايي همچون دشمن شناسي، حفظ استقلال سياسي وجود دارد.

Abstract
Sociology, is an important discipline in humanities. The focus of sociological debates is individuals and institutions of society as well as social behaviors and laws. The Holy Qur an is not a sociological book; but there are precise and substantial references that bring about development in social life of human. Abasement means disabling and weakening society in various dimensions of politics, military, economics, science and culture. From the point of view of the Holy Qur an, there are two types of intrinsic and extrinsic factors that incur abasement; because occasionally society is driven by individuals and forces, but sometimes through external factors and arrogant aliens. The most important ways of the Qur an in getting rid of scientific and cultural abasement are: Attempts to learn the necessary sciences of society, reverence to intellectuals and scholars, implementing their opinions and providing the background for the development of a caring society. Also, the establishment and maintenance of economic independence by relying on production, fair distribution and regular consumption is one of the most prominent solutions of the Quran to eliminate economic debasement [disadvantages]. In the Qur anic attitude, there are also strategies to avoid political debasement such as knowing the enemy, keeping political independence, special attention to the role of divine leaders, and lacking reliance on foreign powers. The Qur an has presented solutions to prevent military humiliation. Those solutions include: equipment of military forces, developing a deterrent power against oppressors, strengthening the morale of human sources with the spirit of faith, patience and endurance.
