بررسي سياست هاي محيط زيست در اسلام و جمهوري اسلامي ايران

محيط زيست از نيازهاي فعلي و آتي كشورهاست. جمهوري اسلامي ايران براي اقتصاد سبز و محيط زيست نيازمند سياست هاي دقيق و كارشناسي شده و تشكيلات مناسب مي باشد. در قانون اساسي جمهوري اسلامي ايران محيط زيست طرح گرديده، ولي سياست هاي آن مستقيم پيش بيني نشده است. ولي آيا از قانون اساسي جمهوري اسلامي ايران مي توان استخراج سياست براي اقتصاد سبز و محيط زيست نمود؟ اگر بتوان رابطه سياست هاي استخراجي از قانون اساسي با سياست هاي ابلاغي رهبري چه خواهد بود؟ آيا ساسا با توجه به مباني قانون اساسي مي توان همه سياست هاي محيط زيست ابلاغي و يا مستخرج از قانون اساسي را پذيرفت؟ در صورت تعارض مباني قانون اساسي با سياست هاي كلي از كدام روش مي توان نياز هاي كشور در حوزه محيط زيست و صنعت سبز را تامين كرد؟ اين مقاله به دنبال يافتن پاسخ و تحليل سئولات فوق با استفاده از روش بررسي اسناد بالادستي و استخراج سياست و تحليل نارسايي هاي احتمالي و ارائه پيشنهاد است.

Environmental current and future needs of the countries. Islamic Republic of Iran for the green economy and the environment requires stringent policies and expertise to form is appropriate. The constitution of the Islamic Republic designed environment,but does not provide direct its policy. But is the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran can be extracted and environmental policies for the green economy? If the relationship between extractive policies with policies issued by the leadership of what will be the constitution? Is Sasa constitution according to principles can be extracted all environmental policy issued or accepted the constitution? Foundations constitution in case of conflict with the general policies of the needs of the country which method can be provided in the field of environment and green industry? This paper seeks to answer the above Questions analysis by examining documents and extraction of potential policy failure analysis and presentation of the proposal.
