بررسي رابطه رهبري معنويت‌گرا با توانمندسازي روان‌شناختي

Investigating the relation between spiritualist leadership and psychological empowernment

هدف كلي تحقيق حاضر بررسي رابطه رهبري معنويت‌گرا با توانمندسازي روان‌شناختي كاركنان فرمانداري شهرستان بستان‌آباد است؛ جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر كليه كاركنان شاغل در فرمانداري شهرستان بستان‌آباد به تعداد 30 نفر است. با توجه به محدود بودن حجم جامعه آماري، كل جامعه آماري به عنوان نمونه مورد بررسي در نظر گرفته شده است. ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات شامل دو پرسشنامه رهبري معنويت‌گراي فراي و همكاران (2005) و پرسشنامه توانمندسازي روان‌شناختي وتن و كمرون (2004) است كه پس از سنجش روايي و پايايي و اطمينان از آن در اختيار نمونه آماري قرار گرفت. پايايي پرسشنامه‌هاي رهبري معنويت‌گرا، توانمندسازي روانشناختي با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب برابر با 932/0 و 778/0 به دست آمد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از روش‌هاي آماري استنباطي (آزمون كلموگروف- اسميرنف و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون) از نرم‌افزارSPSS نسخه 19 استفاده گرديده است. نتايج حاصل نشان داد كه رهبري معنويت‌گرا و ابعاد آن؛ نوع‌دوستي (028/0= p)، عضويت (030/0= p)، تعهد سازماني (012/0= p)، بازخورد عملكرد (003/0= p)، ايمان (004/0=p) و معناداري (000/0= p) (به جز بعد چشم‌انداز (086/0= p)) با توانمندسازي روان‌شناختي كاركنان فرمانداري شهرستان بستان‌آباد رابطه معناداري دارد. نتيجه كلي تحقيق نشان داد رهبري معنويت‌گرا با توانمندسازي روان‌شناختي كاركنان مرتبط بوده و قدرت پيش‌بيني آن را داراست.

The overall purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between leadership of spirituality and the psychological empowerment of employees in the government city of Bostan Abad. The statistical population of this recent research of all employees of the governorate of Bostan Abad city is 30 people. Due to the limited size of the statistical population, the whole statistical society is considered as the sample. The information gathering tool included two questionnaires of the Spiritual Leadership of Fry and colleagues (2005) and the Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire (2004), which, after its validity and reliability, was included in the statistic. The reliability of spirituality leadership questionnaires, psychological empowerment was obtained 0.932 and 0.778, respectively by using Cronbachs alpha. SPSS software version 19 was used for analyzing data using inferential statistics (Pearson correlation test and regression-correlation test). The results showed that the leadership of spirituality was: altruism (p = 0.028), membership (p = 0.030), organizational commitment (p = 0/012), performance feedback (p = 0.003), faith (p = 0.004) p) and p (0/000) (except for the outlook (p = 0.086)) have a significant relationship with psychological empowerment of the staff of the governorate of Bostan Abad province. The overall result of the research shows that the spirituality leadership with psychological empowerment is interrelated and it has of predictable power.
