Identification And Ranking Of Indicators And Effective Criteria For The Determination Of Outsourcing Eligible Processes In Gas Refinement Companies Using The Analytic Hierarchy Process Method (AHP)

در بسياري از سازمان ها جهت تعيين فرآيند هاي برون سپاري صرفا بر هزينه هاي اقتصادي فرآيند تمركز مي نمايند كه پس از اجراي برون سپاري ممكن است نتوانند به نتايجي مطلوبي دست يابند. بنابراين براي گزينش فرايندهاي برونسپاري معيارهاي مختلفي مورد ملاحظه قرار مي‌گيرد كه متاثر از مضامين راهبردي، كاهش مشكلات و تنگناها و پرهيز از مخاطرات است. گزينش فعاليتهاي قابل برونسپاري، ارتقاي بهره‌وري و رعايت قوانين و مصوبات از مهمترين دغدغه‌ها در اين زمينه است. بر همين اساس با استفاده از ادبيات نظري تحقيق و مطالعات انجام شده و مراجعه به خبرگان شركت ابتدا32 شاخص تعيين و براي ارزيابي دقيقتر در قالب يك پرسشنامه در اختيار كارشناسان ياد شده قرار گرفت. مطابق شاخصهاي نسبت روايي و روايي محتوايي، 15 فقره مناسب تشخيص داده شد كه پس از دسته‌بندي و تلفيق آنها با استفاده از روش نمودار وابستگي، 7 معيار اصلي و 4 معيار فرعي به‌دست آمد. براي وزن‌دهي معيارها از رويكرد فرايند تحليل سلسله‌مراتبي (AHP) در محيط نرم‌افزار EXPERT CHOICE استفاده شد. در انتها با استفاده از روش رتبه‌بندي، وضعيت هر يك از فرايندها بر اساس معيارهاي ياد شده و مطابق طيف ليكرت سه‌تايي ارزيابي و ميزان اولويت آنها تعيين شد.

In many organizations , in order to determine outsourcing processes , they focus only on the economic cost of the process , which may fail to achieve desired outcomes following the outsourcing implementation . therefore , different criteria are considered for selecting the outsourcing processes which are affected by strategic content , reduction of problems and bottlenecks and avoiding risks . The selection of outsourcing activities is the promotion of productivity and compliance with laws and approvals from the most important concerns in this regard . therefore , using the theoretical literature of research and studies conducted and referring to the experts of the company , 32 indicators were determined and for more accurate assessment in the form of a questionnaire was provided to experts . according to the indices of content validity and content validity , 15 appropriate items were detected that were obtained after classification and integration using dependence graphs method , 7 main criteria and 4 sub - criteria . to weighting criteria , analytical hierarchy process ( ahp ) approach was used in the EXPERT software environment . finally , using the ranking method , the status of each of the processes was determined according to criteria and according to a three - point Likert scale and their priority was determined .
