Choosing the best option among the three areas for the construction of a cement factory in Isfahan province

تصميم گيري در دنياي پيچيده امروز به چالشي براي مديران و سازمان ها تبديل شده است. تعداد شاخص هاي تصميم گيري، تنوع معيارهاي كمي و كيفي و لزوم در نظر گرفتن همزمان آنهاُ اهميت اثرات و پيامدهاي تصميم و عواملي نظير آن بر پيچيدگي تصميم مي افزايد. اولين قدم در راستاي استفاده بهينه از منابع و كاهش هزينه ها، مكان يابي صحيح كارخانه مي باشد. يك روش كارا جهت تعيين شاخص هاي موثر در انتخاب مكان مناسب و همچنين تعيين ميزان تاثير هر يك از شاخص ها، استفاده از نظرات خيرگان آن صنعت مي باشد كه اين موضوع اساس روش هاي تصميم گيري چند معياره است. ابتدائي ترين روش براي تصميم گيري، روش وزن دهي ساده است ليكن در بين روش هاي تصميم گيري روش هاي تحليل سلسله مراتبي و تاپسيس مناسب ترين روش ها جهت مكان يابي هستند. البته در اين مقاله علاوه بر دو روش فوق از نتايج يكي از روش هاي تسلط تقريبي(روش الكتره) و همچنين روش ويكور نيز استفاده شده و يك مقايسه تطبيقي بين نتايج اين روش ها انجام مي شود و در نهايت با استفاده از روش بردا، برآيندي از نتايج مذكور استخراج مي گردد. شايان ذكر است يكي از معايب اين روش ها اين است كه در وزن دهي الزاما يك شاخص در سطحي خاص براي يك گزينه قرا مي گيرد لذا جهت برطرف نمودن اين موضوع از معادل فازي روش هاي تاپسيس و تحليل سلسله مراتبي نيز استفاده گرديد

Decision making in complex world has become a challenge for managers and organization. a large number of decision indicators,the diversity of quantitative and qualitative criteria,and the need to simultaneously consider them, adds to importance of the effects and consequences of decisions and factors such as that on the complexity of decisions. the first step in optimizing resource utilization and reducing costs is the choosing proper location of the plant. an effective method for determining effective indicators in selecting the appropriate locating,as well as determining the impact of each of the indicators in selecting the appropriate location, as well as determining the impact of each of the indicators, is to use the opinions of experts in the industry,which is the basis of multi-criteria decision making methods.the most basic method for decision making is the simple additive weighting(SAW), but among the method of decision making, AHP and TOPSIS methods are the most suitable methods for locating . however ,in the paper, in addition to the two methods above,elimination etc choice translating reality method(ELECTRE), as well as the method of the VIKOR is also used and a comparative comparison is made between the result of these methods. finally, using the Borda method, an outflow of the results is extracted. it is wirth noting that one if the disadvantages of these methods is that weighing necessarily involves a specific level indicator for an option, therefore, the fuzzy equivalent of AHP and TOPSIS is also used to solve this problem.
