Research as Main Axis to Develop Open Pit Mines in This Century

در اين مقاله به مشكلات مهم فراروي استخراج بهينه در معادن روباز پرداخته مي شود و سپس راهكارهايي به صورت عناوين پژوهشي جهت فائق آمدن بر مشكلات مطرح مي شود. براي اين منظور ابتدا اهداف پژوهشي در مقياس ملي معرفي مي شوند و سپس براي رسيدن به آن اهداف عناوين پژوهشي مربوطه پيشنهاد مي شوند. به عنوان نمونه كاهش قيمت تمام شده، كاهش انرژي مصرفي براي واحد وزن ماده استخراج شده، كاهش تلفات انساني و افزايش ايمني، برقراري ارتباط مناسب بين بخ شهاي خصوصي و دولتي و كاهش مشكلات زيست محيطي از اهداف كلان پژوهشي هستند كه براي رسيدن به اين اهداف بايد پژوهش هاي بسياري انجام شود. از ارزيابي هاي انجام شده در اين پژوهش، اين گونه نتيجه گرفته شد كه براي توسعه پايدار لازم است پژوهش محور اصلي باشد و براي رسيدن به اهداف كلي در جهت توسعه معادن روباز بايد زمان بندي مشخص براي انجام اين پژوهش ها صورت گيرد و نشست هاي علمي جهت تبيين يك استراتژي كارآمد انجام شود تا پژوهش در جهت مناسبي در ايران هدايت شود.

In this paper, problems facing extraction optimization in open pit mines are evaluated and then different research titles are suggested to solve the above mentioned problems. For this purpose, the research targets in the national scale are suggested and then, different research titles are proposed to catch the mentioned targets. For example, cost minimization, reduction in fuel consumption for unit of extracted minerals, reduction in fatalities and increasing safety, establish a reasonable relationship between private and governmental sectors and reduction in environmental problems found to be main research targets. Also there are many research subtitles in this regard. From the assessment done in this paper, it was concluded that for a steady state in open pit mine activities, the research must be considered as the main axis. To catch the main target, it is necessary to scheduling the research works. To follow of an applicable strategy, meetings must be arranged between researches of all sectors to find out the best direction for the future of research works in Iran.
