بررسي عوامل موثر بر فشار مراقبتي خانواده هاي مراقبت كننده از بيماران رواني

Investigating of factors affecting the caregiving burden among family caregivers of mentally-ill patients

بيماري رواني، بيماري است كه موجب اختلال رواني متوسط تا شديد در تفكر، ادراك و رفتار شود. بيماري يك عضو خانواده، سبك زندگي كل خانواده را تغيير مي دهد و تعادل خانواده را به هم مي ريزد. با توجه به اهميت نقش خانواده در مراقبت از بيماران، ارزيابي مشكلات و فشارهاي وارد بر خانواده ها ضرورت دارد. يكي از عواملي كه در ارتباط با مراقبين بيماري هاي مزمن مطرح شده، فشار مراقبتي است. فشار مراقبتي نشان دهنده ابعاد مختلفي از استرس است كه نتيجه عدم تعادل بين تقاضاهاي مراقبت و در دسترس بودن منابع جهت برآوردن آن تقاضاها بوجود مي آيد. با توجه به اينكه فشار مراقبتي از يك سو نقش تعيين كننده اي در سلامت مراقبين دارد و از سوي ديگر نقش مهمي در كيفيت مراقبت ارائه شده به بيمار را خواهد داشت، بررسي عوامل موثر بر فشار مراقبتي بيماران رواني داراي اهميت بسيار زياد است. باتوجه به محدود بودن مطالعات در حوزه فشار مراقبتي بيماران رواني، اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي عوامل موثر بر فشار مراقبتي مراقبين بيماران رواني به روش مروري متون و مقالات مرتبط با اين موضوع مي باشد. با توجه به نتايج، اين عوامل را مي توان در سه دسته عوامل مرتبط با مراقبت كننده، عوامل مرتبط با بيمار و عوامل جمعيت شناختي و زمينه اي قرار داد. با توجه به نتيجه مورد بررسي در نظر گرفتن مداخلاتي يكپارچه كه همه جنبه هاي ذكرشده را در نظر بگيرد ضروري است. با عنايت به اينكه پژوهشي در ايران جهت بررسي سهم هريك از اين عوامل انجام نشده است، پيشنهاد مي گردد در مطالعات بعدي اين موضوع مورد توجه ويژه قرار گيرد.

Mental illness is a disease that causes moderate to severe mental impairment in thinking, perception and behavior. A family member's disease changes the whole family's lifestyle and disrupts the family's balance. Considering the importance of family role in patient care, it is necessary to evaluate the problems and burden on families. One of the factors associated with chronic disease is the care-giving burden. Care-giving burden indicates different dimensions of stress that results from an imbalance between care demands and the availability of resources to meet those demands. Considering that Care-giving burden plays a determining role in the health of care-giver and, on the other hand, plays an important role in the quality of care provided to the patient. The study of the factors affecting the care burden in psychiatric patients is very important. Due to the limited studies in the field of psychological care of psychiatric patients, this study aims to investigate the factors affecting the care burden of caregivers of psychiatric patients by reviewing texts and articles related to this subject. According to the results, these factors can be categorized into three groups of factors related care-givers, factors related patients, and demographic and background factors. Taking into account the result, it is necessary to consider an integrated intervention that considers all aspects mentioned. Considering that research in Iran has not been carried out to evaluate the contribution of each of these factors, it is recommended to be studied in the next research.
