Investigation of Bilateral Trade Costs of Agricultural Product Effective Factors on(Case Study: Iran's Bilateral Trade with Developed and Developing countries)

Given the importance of agricultural trade management this study concerns with calculation of Iran's agricultural bilateral trade costs with major developing and developed partners between 1991 to 2111. Based on the results of using the Novy (2112) method, the weighted average cost of Iran's trade with developing countries in agricultural products is lower than the developed partners. The results showed, Iran's agricultural trade costs in developed and developing countries, is positively related with distance, agricultural bilateral tariff rate and lag of agricultural trade costs and is negatively ralated with, adjacency and island dummy. Finally it is sugggested that for increase power contest of export, products must be destine based on trade costs and trade with developing countries should be expanded.
