اﺗﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﮐﺮﺑﻨﺎت ﮐﻠ ﺴﯿﻤﯽ ا ﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﺻﻮت و ﺗﻌﺎدل در ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد دارد و از ﻃﺮﻓﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺷﻨﺎ ﺳﺎﯾﯽ و ردهﺑﻨﺪي ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ا ﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﺗﻮﻟﯿﺖ دو ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ از ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺟﺰر و ﻣﺪي ﮔﻮﻧﻪ Istigobius ornatus ﺑﺮر ﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ.ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺎﻫﯽ از ﺳــﻮاﺣﻞ ﺻــﺨﺮهاي ﭼﺎﺑﻬﺎر و ﻗﺸــﻢ ﺑﻮﺳــﯿﻠﻪ ﺗﻮردﺳــﺘﯽ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري و ﺑﻌﺪ از اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﺑﻪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸــﮕﺎه اﺗﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺷﮑﻞ ﮐﻠﯽ اﺗﻮﻟﯿﺖ در اﯾﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ذوزﻧﻘﻪاي، ﻟﺒﻪ ﭘﺸﺘﯽ اﺗﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﺗﻘﺮﯾﺒﺎ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ، ﺻﺎف و ﮔﺎﻫﺎ دﻧﺪاﻧﻪ دار ﺑﻮده و ﻟﺒﻪ ﭘ ﺸﺘﯽ از ﻗ ﺴﻤﺖ ﻋﻘﺐ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻤﺖ ﺟﻠﻮ داراي ﺷﯿﺐ ﻣﻼﯾﻢ ا ﺳﺖ، اﻟﺒﺘﻪ دﻧﺪاﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﺣﺎ ﺷﯿﻪ ﭘ ﺸﺘﯽ اﺗﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﻗ ﺸﻢ ﻧ ﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﭼﺎﺑﻬﺎر وا ﺿﺢ ﺗﺮ و ﻋﻤﯿﻖ ﺗﺮ ﺑﻮد. ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺣﺎﺷﯿﻪ ﻋﻘﺒﯽ اﺗﻮﻟﯿﺖ در دو ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺣﺎ ﺷﯿﻪ ﺟﻠﻮﯾﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد. زاﺋﺪه Postdorsal در اﯾﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﺮد و ﻧﺎﻣ ﺸﺨﺺ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪ. ﺳﻄﺢ داﺧﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ اﺗﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﻣﺤﺪب و داراي ﺷﯿﺎر ﺳﻮﻟﮑﻮس ﻣﺮﮐﺰي و ﺗﻘﺮﯾﺒﺎ ﻋﻤﯿﻖ اﺳﺖ.، Dorsal depression اﺗﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﻗﺸﻢ ﺑﺮﺟﺴﺘﻪ ﺗﺮ و ﺿﺨﯿﻢ ﺗﺮ از ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﭼﺎﺑﻬﺎر ﺑﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﺤﺎﺳــﺒﻪ ﺷــﺎﺧﺺ e ﺑﺮاي اﺗﻮﻟﯿﺖ دو ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﻧﺸــﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺗﻮﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎ داراي ﮐﺸــﯿﺪﮔﯽ ﻧﯿﺴــﺘﻨﺪ و ﺑﯿﺸــﺘﺮ ﮐﺮوي ﻫﺴــﺘﻨﺪ. آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ANOVA ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ روي ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي اﺗﻮﻟﯿﺖ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه ﻋﺪم وﺟﻮد ﺗﻔﺎوت در اﺗﻮﻟﯿﺖ دو ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﺑﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ رﮔﺮﺳــﯿﻮن ﻣﺸــﺨﺺ ﺷــﺪ ﮐﻪ راﺑﻄﻪاي ﻗﻮي و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﯿﻦ ﻃﻮل ﻣﺎﻫﯽ و ﻃﻮل اﺗﻮﻟﯿﺖ وﺟﻮد دارد (0.05
چكيده لاتين :
Otoliths are carbonate calcium structure which, in addition to receiving sound and balance, are used to identify and categorize fish. In this study, two populations of tidal fish species Istigobius ornatus were examined. Fish specimen has collected from rocky costal of Chabahar and Qeshm Island by hand net and transferred to laboratory, then specimens' otolith has extraction. The general form of otolith in this species is trapezoid, dorsal rim slightly straight, smooth and sometime tooth-shape, and dorsal rim from the posterior to the anterior edge with gentle slope. The teeth on the dorsal rim of Qeshm population were clear and deeper than the Chabahar population. In two populations, posterior rim of otolith were higher than anterior rim, postdorsal projection rounded and unclear. The inner surface of otolith is convex and central sulcus almost deep, dorsal depression of Qeshm population is clearer than Chabahar population. Furthermore, calculation the E index for two populations showed that the otolith is not elongated and are more spherical. ANOVA analysis showed that there is no different between two populations. Furthermore, by performing regression analysis, it was found that there is a strong and significant relationship between fish length and otolith length (P<0.05). In conclusion, the results showed that despite the large geographical distance between the two populations, there was not much structural difference and otolith genetic traits such as rostrum and antirostrum are similar.
