Performance and impact of soft power of Islamic Republic Iran in the Middle East

با توجه به تحولات جهان اسلام، نزديكي جوامع مسلمان به مثابه ضرورتي تعيين كننده در عرصه بين المللي احساس مي شود؛ اين در حالي است كه قدرت نرم به مثابه چهره اي جديد از اِعمال قدرت در سطح بين المللي مطرح مي شود. در اين راستا، هدف مقاله حاضر، بررسي توانايي‌ها و قابليت‌هاي ايران در زمينه قدرت نرم و چگونگي بهره‌گيري از آنها در ديپلماسي منطقه‌اي جهت تامين منافع ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران مي باشد. با توجه به ماهيت و موضوع مورد مطالعه، گرد‌آوري اطلاعات بهره‌گيري از منابع خبري با تكيه بر داده‌هاي عيني – تاريخي صورت پذيرفته است. سوالي كه مطرح مي باشد، اين است كه، آيا دولت ايران به عنوان قدرت منطقه اي و با دارا بودن فرهنگ غني ايراني- اسلامي در بهره گيري از قدرت نرم در ديپلماسي خارجي خود موفق بوده و چه چالش هايي پيش روي آن قرار دارد؟ بر اين اساس، مفروض است؛ شيوه اعمال قدرت نرم جمهوري اسلامي ايران و نفوذ به كشورهاي منطقه و خاورميانه روندي است كه با در نظر گرفتن قرابت جغرافيايي، سوابق تاريخي و پيوندهاي مشترك فرهنگي و مذهبي شكل گرفته و در واقع نفوذ و اعمال قدرت نرم ايران در منطقه و خاورميانه، مبتني بر اصول و مباني اعتقادي و رفتاري است كه با هويت انقلاب اسلامي مرتبط است. نتايج بيانگر آن است كه، اين وضعيت مي‌تواند نفوذ كلي ايران را در چارچوب ديپلماسي فرهنگي در سطوح منطقه‌اي و جهاني افزايش داده و سطح قدرت نرم ايران را ارتقا بخشد.

Given the developments in the Muslim world, the proximity of Muslim communities is seen as a decisive imperative in the international arena; Meanwhile, soft power is emerging as a new face of international power. In this regard, the aim of this paper is to study the capabilities and capabilities of Iran in the field of soft power and how to use them in regional diplomacy to serve the national interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran. According to the nature and subject of the study, information gathering has been made using news sources based on objective-historical data. The question is, is the Iranian government, as a regional power and having a rich Iranian-Islamic culture, to succeed in enjoying soft power in its foreign diplomacy, and what are the challenges facing it? Accordingly, it is supposed; the method of applying the soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its influence on the countries of the region and the Middle East is a process that has been formed taking into account the geographical coherence, historical backgrounds and common cultural and religious ties, and, in effect, the influence and application of soft power of Iran In the region and in the Middle East, is based on the principles of belief and behavior that is related to the identity of the Islamic Revolution. The results indicate that this situation can increase the overall influence of Iran within the framework of cultural diplomacy at the regional and global levels and promote the level of soft power in Iran
