در كشور ما نيز به علت كمبود منابع مالي دولتي و همچنين افزايش گسترده نياز به تسهيلات زيربنايي در بخش هاي مختلف، استفاده از قراردادهايي كه به نوعي به دنبال روشهاي خصوصي سازي و استفاده از سرمايه هاي بخش غير دولتي اعم از داخلي و يا خارجي مي باشند در حال گسترش است. با توجه به قوانين موجود در كشور كه در اين تحقيق به آنها اشاره خواهد شد، روش BOT مطابقت بيشتري در مقايسه با روش هاي ديگر مشابه با قوانين كشور دارد. در نتيجه به علت افزايش كاربرد قراردادهاي BOT در كشور و استفاده از سرمايه هاي خارجي در ساخت و توسعه تسهيلات زيربنايي در بخش هاي مختلف و عدم وجود منابع و اطلاعات كافي در اين زمينه، انجام مطالعات تكملي در اين راستا از اهميت ويژه اي برخودار است. در اين تحقيق ابتدا با مطالعه اهميت توسعه ساختارهاي زيربنايي، بحث خصوصي سازي و استفاده از سرايه هاي بخش خصوصي و همچنين سرمايه گذاري خارجي در ساخت و توسعه سازه هاي زيربنايي بويژه در قالب قراردادهاي BOT مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در ادامه با معرفي كامل قراردادهاي BOT و قوانين مربوط به آن، نمونه هايي از كاربرد اين روش و قوانين اجراي آن در كشورهاي مختلف مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در ادامه نيز با مطالعه مقررات موجود در كشور به كاربرد اين روش در كشور و موانع موجود در اين راه اشاره شده است.

Also, with the existing regulations in the country the use of this method in the country and the obstacles in the way mentioned.
