Effect of Risk Management on Organizational Strategic Performance in SEO

Abstract: In all organizations, particularly service organizations, risk management is the key to retain and attract customers in order to improve organizational performance. On the other hand, environmental changes and competitive dynamics have prompted organizations to be competitive to maintain advantage, achieve customer satisfaction and gain new customers. In this descriptive survey, the studied population includes staff, members, brokers and auditors of SEO. Using random sampling, 69 samples are selected for this study. The results show that SEO well performs in terms of four aspects of organizational strategic performance management. Moreover, there is a positive significant relationship between some aspects of organizational strategic performance management and risk management.
